Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Spirit Co has just announced a partnership with the McGrath Foundation in celebration of their recently released Pink London Spirit. This unique non-alcoholic spirit, assembled by the clever folk at Lyre’s, has been impossibly crafted to capture the essence of a classic Pink Gin, with flavours of rose, cherry and blackberry.
While Lyre’s spirits are true to taste, they have their own distinction as a premium non-alcoholic beverage, and therefore understanding the popularity of Pink Gin, they wanted to deliver the same delicious taste but with a difference.
As part of the partnership with the McGrath Foundation, Lyre’s have announced that they will be donating 10% of proceeds from the sale of Pink London Spirit, to support the funding of breast care nurses across Australia. You can also expect to see Lyre’s popping up in support of McGrath across a variety of pink-themed events hosted throughout the year, including luncheons at Australia’s premier racing carnivals, Dry July drive home degustation dinners and the incredible Pink Test held at the Sydney Cricket Ground each January.

Simple and delicious, this spritz can take the dip with either tonic, soda water or lemonade for a sweeter finish. In this liquid kitchen, it’s your time to shine. Top with a lemon wheel and seasonal berries
INGREDIENTS
60mL Lyre’s Pink London Spirit
60mL Lyre’s Classico Non-Alcoholic Sparkling
30mL premium bottled tonic water, soda water or lemonade
5 raspberries or berry of choice
2 lemon slices
Glass: Large Wine Glass
Method: Build all ingredients in glass with ice. Stir.
