The new Embers Bistro is an elevated take on a classic club bistro.

Frenchville Sports Club’s multi-phase renovation is inching closer to completion, with the club introducing Embers Bistro and the much-anticipated Kids Clubhouse as part of stage three.

Embers Bistro has been designed with a modern, spacious feel, offering a fresh and inviting dining experience for members and guests. The all-new menu features premium selections such as local seafood, through to elevated favourites, including steaks cooked to perfection.

The Kids Clubhouse is a purpose-built play area designed for children aged 4–14. Offering a fully supervised, engaging, and fun environment, the Clubhouse is complemented by Frenchville’s free Kids Club membership program.

CEO Damien Massingham said the new additions reflect the club’s vision to provide an inclusive environment for everyone in the community.

“This stage is really special because it speaks to families, one of the most important parts of our community,” he said.

“Ember’s Bistro offers a premium dining experience with a menu that will impress, while the Kids Clubhouse is about giving families the chance to enjoy the Club together in new and exciting ways. It’s another step in making Frenchville a true destination for everyone.”

The new Kids Clubhouse designed to provide a supervised play space for children aged from 4-14.

In May, the club unveiled five new hospitality and entertainment spaces:  Aroma’s Cafe, Luxe Lounge, The Atrium, Dusk Lounge and a new sports bar featuring what the club claims as the “biggest screen in Central Queensland”.

Last September, the club delivered stage one of the renovation which included a sleek new gaming room with ample privacy, a reception fitted with natural timber throughout, and newly designed bottle shop.

Renovation work will wrap up with a new function centre and an upgrade of Ryan Park and its facilities including its grandstand, accessibility viewing platform, and bathrooms.
