Caboolture Sports Club (CSC) has announced a major $20 million renovation, marking the venue’s most significant upgrade in more than seven years.
According to the club, the extensive transformation will overhaul nearly every corner of the club’s 3,400 square metre footprint.
The redevelopment, led by Brisbane-based construction firm Focus Construct and architects Cayas + Ward, will deliver a complete refresh of the club’s interior that will feature soft tones, elegant arches, brass trimmings, greenery, sophisticated lighting, textured wall finishes, and a range of new furnishings and equipment.
Caboolture Sports Club CEO Craig Thomas said the investment reflects the club’s commitment to the local community.
“Caboolture Sports Club is a cornerstone of the Moreton Bay community, having contributed over $12 million to local initiatives in the past five years,” he said.
“As the region continues to rapidly grow, we are excited to introduce new facilities and services to support the evolving needs of our local community.”
The club detailed a host of new features will be introduced, including a large cafe with garden-style seating for 140 guests, an expanded restaurant doubling in size to accommodate 340 diners, and a redesigned cocktail bar that will host boutique-style events, live entertainment, and specialty tastings.

A fully supervised kids’ club with a playground, movie theatre, and arts and crafts zone will cater to children aged three and above, while sports fans can look forward to a new 120-seater sports bar boasting a massive 10m x 5m LED screen and premium beverage offering.
Alongside the venue’s public-facing spaces, the renovation will also deliver practical upgrades including new restrooms, a purpose-built staff room with enhanced amenities, a modern parents’ room, and fully equipped kitchens to support the club’s back-of-house team.
The project is expected to generate numerous construction jobs, with around 50 new permanent roles to be created once the expanded facilities open in mid-2026.
Focus Construct managing director Todd Dunlop described the project as more than just a renovation.
“The $20 million renovation … is a commitment to enhancing the community experience, supporting local businesses, and shaping the future of leisure in Queensland,” he said.
