The building and offer
The Pillars features a series of spaces designed to support a broad community of innovators, with a focus on attracting and elevating women in business.
Located in one of Sydney’s most distinguished heritage buildings, the club spans four distinctive levels. The ground floor houses an upmarket dining destination and bar – the recently opened two-hatted Eleven Barack by The Bentley Group overseen by Brent Savage and head chefs Aiden Stevens and Niro Richards. The news of the partnership with Bentley Group was first announced in September last year.
The upper two levels feature state-of-the-art meeting spaces, private work environments, a members lounge and library. The top level houses a dedicated wellness-led haven that includes daily yoga and Pilates classes led by wellness entrepreneur Bernadette Fahey from ‘Body by Berner’, a performance and recovery ice bath, sauna facilities, individual showers and ready-up rooms along with a private boardroom and front opening terrace housing a secret garden and rooftop bar.
Throughout the venue, a curated collection of Australian and international art adds further depth and identity. Artworks include works by Louise Olsen, Catherine Clayton-Smith, Diena Georgetti, Damien Hirst, Isaac Julien, Andy Warhol, Nick Modrzewski, Jude Cohen, Guy Bourdin, Tracey Emin and Tim Noble & Sue Webster.

The space has been carefully designed to pay homage to the grandeur and heritage of the building, while bringing to life the amenities that cater specifically to fostering innovation.
Emma Blomfield, one of the co-founders and design director of The Pillars said: “We have brought to life our vision to create a space that is purposefully designed to support all working styles and a place that truly encourages innovation — from quiet concentration to expansive event space for lively collaboration—encouraging productivity, creativity, and a true sense of belonging.“
The Pillars represents a new era in professional communities, where female leadership naturally flourishes. Thoughtfully curated spaces and programming create an environment where women in technology, finance, and entrepreneurship find both inspiration and connection.
