With detailed design slated for completion in Q2 2025 and construction beginning in Q3 2025, the tender will be live on vendorPanel from 14 May – we are seeking tender submissions from food and beverage operators and hospitality groups eager to seize new business opportunities. the venue is scheduled for practical completion and warm shell handover in late 2026, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the Redcliffe community.

It is crucial that the concepts within Suttons Beach Pavilion work harmoniously, fostering a cohesive and dynamic atmosphere. Together these venues should offer activation across the day, with some trading from early morning and others till late evening—catering to a wide range of price points, service levels, and cuisines to engage the diverse user groups in the area.

During this Request For Tender process, we will be eager to hear from proponents about the types of concepts they feel would be best suited to this location, with particular focus on the individual tenancies being considered. opportunity will exist for experienced food and hospitality operators to lease one, two, or all three locations within the precinct. these opportunities can be structured as individual leases for each tenancy or as a single ground lease for the entire precinct. City of Moreton Bay is open to all options and is focused on identifying the best solution for this asset through this formal request for tender (rft) process.
