As the peak trade season begins, North Bondi RSL has held large meetings and workshops across departments to prioritise customer service over the summer months.
CEO Jason Linke told Club Management that staff from key departments ran through the best service in their areas.
“All our club staff are able to integrate across reception, bistro and bar as required to support their colleagues illustrating our commitment to prioritising customer service as and where required,” he said.
“We had 100 per cent attendance and participation from our entire available team which reinforces the quality and commitment of our staff across the board.
“They were all engaged and responsive throughout the morning and readily volunteered answers giving me the confidence in the services they will be able to provide under fire.”
Summer is a busy time for the club as it overlooks the iconic Bondi Beach so food and entertainment options are ramped up.
“Not only do we maintain a critical service to our members and the local community, but also welcome a range of internationals,” Linke said.
“We increase our live music onstage, provide a fresh menu of seasonal dishes and cocktails and post Christmas will re-open our Kids Club so that parents can enjoy a more relaxing glass of wine or beer while the children are amused.”
In the lead up to Christmas the club also runs an annual Salvation Army Christmas Appeal.
“During the first half of December members and guests are welcome to donate new toys, gift vouchers, and monetary donations through our web page, providing a bit more joy at Christmas to those families less financially fortunate,” Linke said.
