The Australasian Hospitality and Gaming Expo (AHG Expo) is one of Australia’s biggest hospitality and gaming events and will return to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on 12 and 13 March 2025, following a record-breaking 2024 event.
This year’s AHG Expo, presented by TAB, MAX & SKY, will mark the event’s 10th anniversary since debuting on the Gold Coast.
Event manager Kelly-Anne Mott said they’re prepared to celebrate the milestone birthday accordingly.
“Past AHG Expos have made headlines with world-first debuts and record-breaking visitor numbers, and we expect 2025 will be no different,” she said.
Each year, the event plays host to around 200 exhibitors, showcasing the latest in all things hospitality and gaming.

According to Mott, among the biggest highlights for 2025 is the addition of a brand-new Discovery Deck, which will serve as dedicated space for expert speakers to discuss industry trends and advancements, innovations, technology and business development.
“Of course, there will be many fan favourites returning as well,” she assured.
“Don’t miss the ever-popular AHG Cocktail Competition, which will take place on Thursday, 13 March in partnership with Diageo. Bringing together the best bartenders from all over Australia, the competition sees finalists go head-to-head in the hopes of winning major prizes. This year, that includes a rum-lovers trip to Bundaberg and a $500 VISA gift card.”
But the AHG Expo is more than just an expo.
The must-attend event is a one-stop shop that is expected to see more than 4,000 delegates walk through the entrance. It offers visitors and exhibitors a week full of inspiration, information, events and networking opportunities ensuring this is a must-do event on the industry calendar. Entry to the expo is free for those working in the industry.
As Mott puts it: “No two years at the AHG Expo are alike. But we strive to make sure each is even better than the last. As one of Australia’s premier hospitality and gaming events, our goal is to provide visitors and exhibitors with unparalleled insight and lasting connections – and plenty of good memories, too.”
