CSC Group has officially welcomed Club Glass House into its portfolio following a successful amalgamation.

CSC Group is the parent company of Caboolture Sports Club, North Lakes Sports Club, and Sports Central Caboolture.

CSC Group CEO Craig Thomas told Club Management the decision followed a period of financial instability at Club Glass House.

“The Club Glass House Board explored all options and unanimously endorsed CSC Group as the strongest solution,” he said.

“This led to extensive consultation with members and stakeholders, culminating in a majority vote in favour of the amalgamation at the General Meeting on 12 May, 2025.”

Thomas said CSC Group had identified Club Glass House as a natural fit for the organisation due to its strong community ties and local legacy.

“With a strong track record in revitalising community venues, CSC Group saw the opportunity to preserve what makes Club Glass House special while providing the tools and support it needs to thrive into the future,” he said.

“The group’s commitment to investing in local communities made Club Glass House a natural fit within the CSC family.”

As part of the transition, Club Glass House members have now joined a broader network of more than 70,000 CSC Group members, gaining access to a wider range of member benefits. At the same time, the Glass House venue is poised to benefit from increased exposure and visitation.

“The group has pledged a $1.5 million immediate investment into Club Glass House, reinforcing our commitment to revitalising the venue and preserving its legacy as a community hub,” Thomas said.

“Planned upgrades include sealing the carpark, enhancing lighting, and refreshing the venue with new carpet and modern furniture.”
