Cabra-Vale Diggers has announced its much-anticipated new hotel, Novotel Sydney Cabramatta, will officially open in November, with bookings now open for guests.
The 140-room hotel is a key feature of the club’s major redevelopment and is set to become one of Western Sydney’s most exciting new destinations for leisure, business and events. Operated by Signature Hotel Management Group under the globally recognised Accor brand, guests will enjoy the full Novotel experience along with access to the Accor Live Limitless (ALL) program.
“This is more than just a hotel – it’s a destination,” Cabravale Club Resort chief commercial officer Vicki Le said.
“Whether you’re staying for a conference, a weekend getaway, or a special celebration, Novotel Sydney Cabramatta will offer something truly special for Western Sydney. We are excited to welcome guests from November.”
The new hotel sits within a broader transformation of the Cabra-Vale Diggers precinct, which includes a new eastern entry from Railway Parade with a spacious porte-cochère, a rooftop resort-style pool, and gym.

The redevelopment will also encompass the launch of two dining experiences: a 160-seat steakhouse and whisky bar complete with its own in-house butchery and dry-aged full blood wagyu fridge, and a 300-seat Italian restaurant inspired by the interior design of Starbuck’s Reserve in Milan.
A state-of-the-art business hub and an expansion of existing function spaces will also be introduced to better cater for conferences, weddings and corporate events.
Other upgrades to be made as part of the multi-stage redevelopment include the introduction of a 100-seat cinema, new karaoke complex offering private rooms, and the conversion of the old gaming area into a modern sports bar facility dedicated to sports events and new TAB. The multi-stage work has been ongoing since the club first broke ground in December 2021.
“This redevelopment goes beyond merely establishing a venue; it’s about curating an experience that will redefine the landscape of entertainment, dining, and leisure in South West Sydney, becoming the Premier Club resort in Sydney,” Cabra-Vale Diggers CEO Boris Belevski previously said.
