Club professionals, suppliers, and industry leaders recently descended to the Morphettville Racecourse for the 2025 Clubs SA Hospitality Trade Show.
Clubs SA CEO Peter Apostolopoulos described the one-day event on 20 May as a jam-packed day that brought together the very best of the clubs industry.
“It was a true celebration of innovation, collaboration, and community. It was a powerful reminder of the vital role clubs play in the hospitality landscape across South Australia,” he said.
“For our members, attending the Trade Show wasn’t just about exploring new products, it was about gaining fresh perspectives, building valuable connections, and staying ahead in a constantly evolving industry. It was an opportunity to invest in the future success of their club.”

The 2025 Clubs SA Hospitality Trade Show was the largest trade show to date. Over 40 exhibitors showcased the latest in hospitality, gaming, beverages, food service, and more. Some of the exhibitors included Aristocrat Gaming, Konami, Stoddart, and PFD Foodservices.
Attendees also enjoyed exclusive samples and the opportunity for face-to-face networking. There were also Terrace Sessions presentations from Bendigo Bank about how to finance for growth, while Tabcorp shared the latest industry insights. Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation highlighted the importance of mental health awareness in hospitality settings during its session. The event wrapped up with a cocktail networking hour.
“One of the standout highlights was seeing club leaders and suppliers come together to exchange ideas and form partnerships that will strengthen the industry,” Apostolopoulos said.
